I thought the same, but I am not the greatest expert with forums.

So I at least changed the "Re" of my messages all the time to "Neues Projekt?" or "New Project?" - but of course the thread remains the same. No misleading is intended (why should I want that??).

But how can we "switch" the entire thread to another tread? I don't know.

btw there is an completely Open Source controller with micro-step available for DIY builds: the µstic!

I'm one of the probably 5 persons, who have one. It's only (small) problem is, that it uses every bit of the memory of the PIC, but larger version PIC is pin-compatible available...

It has Ascom-support, its firmware is open and available, it has 2 versions of handboxes (tiny with buttons and one with display). To further develop anything this might be an interesting software.
